Sloppy Moes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 whole Large Onion, Diced
- 2 whole Carrots, Diced
- 6 whole Bell Peppers, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 13 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cubes Bouillon
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 6 whole Hamburger Buns
- Peel and chop 2 cloves of garlic.
- Dice onion, carrot, and bell peppers.
- In a large frying pan, heat about 1 Tablespoon of oil on low.
- Add garlic and slowly warm it until it starts to sizzle in the oil.
- Turn up the heat and toss in the meat, cooking until mostly browned (if you arent using lean meat, you may want to drain off any oil at this point).
- Add to browned meat the diced onion, carrot and bell peppers.
- Stir fry on high heat until veggies are tender (about 3-5 minutes).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add both cans of diced tomato, worcestershire sauce and 2 cubes of bouillon.
- Simmer on medium/high heat while all those flavors mingle and party and get to know each other.
- Continue cooking down until most of the liquid is gone (about 10 minutes or more) stirring frequently.
- Taste at the end to see if you need to adjust the flavor.
- I often add a Tablespoon or so of soy sauce at the end.
- Serve on warm buns!
- If you have leftovers, it is awesome with bow tie noodles the next day with some parmesan cheese on top!!
