Butterscotch Fudge Recipe

  1. Combine the sugar, butter, salt, marshmallow creme, and lowfat milk in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook to rolling boil over medium low heat.
  3. Continue to boil for 5 full min, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and add in butterscotch chips, vanilla, and pecans.
  5. Stir till chips are melted.
  6. Pour into well-buttered 9x9 inch square pan.
  7. Cold and cut into squares.
