Tilapia with Garlic Mustard Cream Sauce
- 12 ounces, weight Tilapia (2 Filets)
- 1/2 teaspoons Herbes De Provence
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1- 1/2 cup Baby Portabella Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1/2 whole Small Onion, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Half-and-half
- 4 Tablespoons Aoili Garlic Mustard
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with herbes de provence, pepper and salt.
- Heat a large nonstick pan on stovetop over medium high heat.
- Add fish and cook for approximately 1 minute on each side.
- Add chicken broth, bring to boil and simmer for about 6 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
- Remove fish from pan and keep warm.
- Add mushrooms and onions to pan and saute for about 5 minutes, until tender.
- Add half-and-half and mustard to pan, whisking until well combined.
- Simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes and serve sauce with mushrooms and onions over fish.
