Tilapia with Garlic Mustard Cream Sauce

  1. Sprinkle both sides of fish with herbes de provence, pepper and salt.
  2. Heat a large nonstick pan on stovetop over medium high heat.
  3. Add fish and cook for approximately 1 minute on each side.
  4. Add chicken broth, bring to boil and simmer for about 6 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
  5. Remove fish from pan and keep warm.
  6. Add mushrooms and onions to pan and saute for about 5 minutes, until tender.
  7. Add half-and-half and mustard to pan, whisking until well combined.
  8. Simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes and serve sauce with mushrooms and onions over fish.
