Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Banana Bread
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Milk Of Choice (I Used 1% Milk)
- 1/2 cups Applesauce (unsweetened)
- 6 packages (Single Serving Packets) Stevia, Powdered Or 1/2 Cup Honey
- 3 whole Very Ripe Bananas, Mashed
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Light, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
- 2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional, I Used Grain-sweetened)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

- In a stand mixer, add eggs, vanilla, milk, applesauce and stevia or honey and blend well.

- Add bananas and cream cheese and mix until combined.
- 3.
- In another bowl combine flax, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
- 4.
- Add 1 cup of the flour mixture to the mixer and mix.
- Add the remaining flour mixture and mix until all is incorporated.
- Add the chocolate chips now, if using any.
- 5.
- Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour mixture into pan.
- 6.
- Bake for 75 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out easily with just a few crumbs.
