Beet Relish Ii Recipe
- 1 quart minced cooked beets
- 1 quart minced cooked cabbage
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 c. minced sweet red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- Combine all ingredients; simmer 10 min.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pack in warm jars and adjust lids.
- Process 15 min in boiling water bath.
- This recipe yields 10 half-pints or possibly 5 pints.
- Yield: 10 half-pints
