Grilled Tofu Greek Salad
- 1 pkg. (420 g) extra-firm tofu, cut into 16 (1-inch) cubes
- 1/3 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing, divided
- 1 English cucumber, cut into thin slices
- 2 plum tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Toss tofu with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing; thread onto 4 skewers.
- Grill 8 to10 min.
- or until tofu is evenly browned, turning occasionally.
- Arrange cucumbers and tomatoes on platter; top with tofu.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese and basil.
