Hearty Meat Loaf Recipe

• 3/4 c. mild salsa
• 1/2 minced onion
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
• 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 4 pcs white bread (no crusts) cut into small cubes
• 2 lbs. lean grnd meat

1. Mix all ingredients together and cook in loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
