Apple-icious Pork Tenderloins

  1. Salt and pepper the pork to taste.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker/Crock Pot (brown pork if desired); cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
  3. Serve with rice.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
