Holiday Breakfast Ham & Cheese Souffle Recipe

  1. Grease 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
  2. Spread half the bread cubes proportionately in dish.
  3. Add in ham and both cheeses, then cover with remaining bread cubes.
  4. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, onion and mustard.
  5. Pour proportionately over bread cubes and then bake or possibly may be refrigerated overnight.
  6. Combine cornflakes and butter for a topping.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
