Chinese-Style Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 5 to 8 min.
  3. or until cooked through, stirring constantly.
  4. Add peas, onion, carrots and rice; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  5. or until onion is crisp-tender.
  6. Stir in broth, soy sauce and seasonings.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  9. Fluff with fork.
