Warm Cinnamon Bread Pudding
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
- 5 cups cold milk
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 5 cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
- 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat pudding mixes, milk and cinnamon in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Add bread cubes; mix lightly to coat.
- Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chunks.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until pudding just starts to bubble in center.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before serving.
