Vanilla Rum Coffee Chiller

• 1 1/2 cup coffee
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 tsp rum (you can also use rum extract if you want it to be non alcoholic)
• 1 Ice cubes

1. Mix all the ingredients except ice in a blender for 20 to 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2. Pour over ice into tall glasses.
