Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Toss rhubarb with strawberries, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of the flour in large bowl, Place in ungreased 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and the remaining 2 tablespoons flour in large bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add cereal; stir until well blended,.
  5. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and rhubarb is tender.
