Lets Hear It For This Paleo Walnut And Banana Bread!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly oil an 8 x 4-1/2 inch nonstick loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, then add the flour and honey.
  4. Stir in the walnuts and mashed banana.
  5. Pour the cake mixture into the pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a thin skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for a few minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
