Green Smoothie For Dieters
- 2 bunches Komatsuna
- 1 Banana
- 200 ml plus Soy milk, milk, or water
- Wash the komatsuna and chop it roughly into 4 cm pieces.
- I just tear the bunches with my hands.
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer and switch it on!
- (Peel the banana first).
- When the komatsuna has broken down into very fine pieces, it's done.
