Skillet Lasagna

  1. Cook sausage over medium-high heat in skillet until crumbled and no longer pink, drain.
  2. Blend in tomatoes and paste.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from pan; keep warm.
  5. Place half of cooked pasta in bottom of skillet.
  6. Pour half of tomato-meat mixture over pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Cover and cook over medium heat until heated through and cheese melts.
  10. Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute.
