Easy Ham & Eggs Benedict
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- 2 English muffins, split, toasted
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
- 4 large eggs, poached
- Cook yogurt, mayo and mustard in saucepan on low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring constantly.
- Top muffin halves with ham, eggs and sauce.
