  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  2. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add tomatoes, broth and tomato paste; stir.
  5. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Add Velveeta; cook 1 min.
  7. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in pasta; cook 2 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
