Philly Cheesesteak Hot Dog

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add onions and peppers.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until softened and lightly browned.
  4. Add roast beef; cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Remove from heat; keep warm.
  6. Combine cheese and milk in bowl.
  7. Microwave, stirring every minute, 2-3 minutes or until smooth and heated through; keep warm.
  8. Place hot dogs onto grill.
  9. Grill, turning occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
  10. Place buns, cut-side down, onto grill.
  11. Cook 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  12. Place hot dogs into buns; top each with pepper mixture and cheese sauce.
  13. Serve with any remaining sauce, if desired.
