Beef Tips With Noodles Recipe

  1. Dip the beef strips into the marsala wine and let it soak into the meat.
  2. Combine the flour, salt and pepper together and drench the marsala soaked beef strips in the flour.
  3. In a warm skillet, add in the extra virgin olive oil and brown off the meat.
  4. Add in the onions and garlic and cook till onions are translucent/soft.
  5. Add in the white wine to deglaze the pan and form a sauce.
  6. Add in the cream and mushrooms an simmer till the mushrooms soften a bit and you have a nice gravy.
  7. Serve this on top of your noodles.
