Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 large (15 to 16 oz. size) can well drained, sliced peaches (reserve juice)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 to 6 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- In a medium size bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, butter or margarine, milk, egg and pudding and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased deep 9-inch pie plate.
- Next, place the peaches on top of the batter.
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice and beat 2 minutes.
- Mix the 1 teaspoon sugar and the cinnamon together and sprinkle over top.
- Bake 35 minutes in preheated 350u0b0 oven.
- Cool and chill.
- Ready to serve.
