Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, butter or margarine, milk, egg and pudding and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased deep 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Next, place the peaches on top of the batter.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice and beat 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the 1 teaspoon sugar and the cinnamon together and sprinkle over top.
  5. Bake 35 minutes in preheated 350u0b0 oven.
  6. Cool and chill.
  7. Ready to serve.
