Weight Watchers Veggie Sandwich
- 1 sandwhich thins roll, Arnold Select 100% Whole Wheat
- 14 cup alfalfa sprout
- 1 tomatoes, sliced
- 14 cup cucumber
- 14 tablespoon carrot, shredded
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon honey mustard
- Slice tomato and cucumber, and shred the carrot.
- Spread half of the honey mustard on each half of a Sandwich Thins roll.
- Top bottom half with provolone cheese, alfalfa sporuts and the other half of the Sandwich Thins roll.
