Weight Watchers Veggie Sandwich

  1. Slice tomato and cucumber, and shred the carrot.
  2. Spread half of the honey mustard on each half of a Sandwich Thins roll.
  3. Top bottom half with provolone cheese, alfalfa sporuts and the other half of the Sandwich Thins roll.
