Chocolate Marshmallow Roll Recipe
- 4 (1 ounce.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 lg. egg, beaten
- 1 c. icing sugar
- 1 c. coarsely minced nuts
- 24 lg. marshmallows, cut in quarters or possibly 3 1/2 c. multi colored miniature marshmallows
- Heat chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Mix the last 4 ingredients together and pour the chocolate mix over it.
- Form into 3 rolls on 3 pcs of aluminum foil, on that has been sprinkled coconut (on each sheet).
- Roll up each roll tightly, making sure which the ingredients are covered with the coconut.
- Let set in refrigerator for a few hrs.
- Slice.
- Very colorful "Dainty".
