Chocolate Marshmallow Roll Recipe

• 4 (1 ounce.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1 lg. egg, beaten
• 1 c. icing sugar
• 1 c. coarsely minced nuts
• 24 lg. marshmallows, cut in quarters or possibly 3 1/2 c. multi colored miniature marshmallows

1. Heat chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Mix the last 4 ingredients together and pour the chocolate mix over it.
3. Form into 3 rolls on 3 pcs of aluminum foil, on that has been sprinkled coconut (on each sheet).
4. Roll up each roll tightly, making sure which the ingredients are covered with the coconut.
5. Let set in refrigerator for a few hrs.
6. Slice.
7. Very colorful "Dainty".
