Steak wrap
- 4 oz shaved beef (C.A.B deli meat works well, i used left over prime rib)
- 1 oz blue cheese spread
- 1/2 medium onion julienned
- 1 Handful spinach leaves
- 1 each 10 or 12 inch tortilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients to make blue cheese spread
- In a pan on medium heat add oil or butter.
- Add onions and saute until soft.
- Add your beef to the pan and saute for about 2 mins.
- Lay out your tortilla, add desired amount of blue cheese spread onto the tortilla.
- Then add spinach and your sauteed beef and onions.
- (The heat from the onions and beef will slightly wilt the spinach)
- Wrap up your tortilla by folding in the sides first then roll the other end over.
- Enjoy!
