Vegetable Salad (Spinach) Recipe

• 2 pound freshly minced spinach (you chop it!)
• 10 hard boiled Large eggs
• 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 med. head of lettuce, shredded
• 1 c. sliced shallots
• 1 pkg. thawed frzn peas, uncooked

1. Place in order in layers in a large salad bowl.
