Stuffed Cordon Bleu Burgers

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix meat and dressing; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Combine mayo and mustard.
  4. Mix 1 Tbsp.
  5. mayo mixture with ham and cheese.
  6. Reserve remaining mayo mixture for later use.
  7. Top 4 patties with ham mixture; cover with remaining patties.
  8. Pinch edges together to seal.
  9. Grill 5 to 7 min.
  10. on each side or until done (160F).
  11. Spread rolls with remaining mayo mixture; fill with burgers.
