Stuffed Cordon Bleu Burgers
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- 1 slice OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 4 sourdough sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix meat and dressing; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Combine mayo and mustard.
- Mix 1 Tbsp.
- mayo mixture with ham and cheese.
- Reserve remaining mayo mixture for later use.
- Top 4 patties with ham mixture; cover with remaining patties.
- Pinch edges together to seal.
- Grill 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160F).
- Spread rolls with remaining mayo mixture; fill with burgers.
