Salt and Pepper Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Mix the olive oil and seeds in a bowl, and then spread on a large baking sheet.
  2. Add the pepper and the first half teaspoon of salt to the seeds evenly distributing.
  3. Roast at 375F for 25 minutes.
  4. Stir, the seeds, and re-spread on the sheet.
  5. Distribute the rest of the salt and cook for another 3 or so minutes, until desired brownness.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
