Salt and Pepper Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 large pumpkin, just the seeds
- 5 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt, for initial seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt, for second seasoning
- Mix the olive oil and seeds in a bowl, and then spread on a large baking sheet.
- Add the pepper and the first half teaspoon of salt to the seeds evenly distributing.
- Roast at 375F for 25 minutes.
- Stir, the seeds, and re-spread on the sheet.
- Distribute the rest of the salt and cook for another 3 or so minutes, until desired brownness.
- Serve and enjoy.
