Pain Perdu

  1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, marmalade, orange juice concentrate and brandy in a large bowl with an electric mixer Cut bread into 1" thick slices and dip into the custard mixture.
  2. Place the pieces in a flat pan 1.
  3. 5-2" deep.
  4. Pour remaining custard mixture over the top.
  5. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight, turning bread once.
  6. Spray electric skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Heat to 225-275F and cook bread for 30 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve with Orange Cream.
  9. Orange Cream.
  10. Beat ingredients together until thick.
