Thai Spring Rolls Dipping sauce

  1. In sauce pan heat water & vinegar, add sugar, then heat til sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add garlic, chillies & fish sauce.
  3. Once cooled add pea nuts.
  4. This can be stored 1 month in refrig.
