Almond Cinnamon Energy Balls
- 3/4 cups Almond Butter, At Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 dash Salt
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder, Plus A Little More If Needed
- 13 cups Gluten Free Oats
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add the flax, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix to combine.
- Add protein powder, 1 tablespoon at a time to fully incorporate.
- If you find your dough is too oily, add another teaspoon or so.
- Add the oats and mix well.
- Roll into small balls.
- Enjoy immediately or store covered in the fridge.
- Balls will firm up slightly when chilled.
- Makes 10-12 Energy Balls.
