Almond Cinnamon Energy Balls

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add the flax, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. Add protein powder, 1 tablespoon at a time to fully incorporate.
  5. If you find your dough is too oily, add another teaspoon or so.
  6. Add the oats and mix well.
  7. Roll into small balls.
  8. Enjoy immediately or store covered in the fridge.
  9. Balls will firm up slightly when chilled.
  10. Makes 10-12 Energy Balls.
