Sweet Orchard Salad

• 1/2 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix, divided
• 3 pears, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
• 6 cups torn mixed salad greens
• 1/2 cup toasted chopped PLANTERS Pecans
• 1/2 cup dried cherries
• 2 Tbsp. ATHENOS Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese

1. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over pears; toss to coat.
2. Let stand 15 min.
3. Toss greens with pecans, cherries and cheese in large bowl.
4. Add pear mixture and remaining dressing; mix lightly.
