New England Style Baked Cod
- 2 pounds Cod Filets
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 16 whole Ritz Crackers, Crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Fresh Lemon, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place filets in lightly oiled pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Evenly pour crushed crackers over top of fish.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until the fish is white and flaky.
- Serve with fresh lemon halves.
