Big Orange Harvey Walibanger Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt Orange cake mix
- 3 1/2 ounce Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 c. Orange juice
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Vodka
- 1/4 c. Galliano liqueur
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vodka
- 1 Tbsp. Galliano liqueur
- Lightly grease and flour a 10 c. microwave Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat 4 min on medium speed.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Place on an inverted saucer in microwave oven.
- Microwave at medium high (70%) till wooden pick inserted comes out clean, 12 to 14 min.
- Allow cake to cold 10 to 1 2 min.
- Invert onto serving plate.
- Glaze while hot.
- Glaze: Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir till smooth and drizzle over hot cake.
