Baked Fillet of Haddock

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Place fillets in shallow baking dish.
  3. Saute vegetables until tender.
  4. Stir in herbs and bread crumbs.
  5. Spread mixture over fish.
  6. Place sliced tomatoes (or tomato paste) on top.
  7. Bake at 375F for 35 - 40 minutes.
