Deviled Ham And Cheese Ball Recipe
- 2 (4 1/4 ounce.) cans Underwood deviled ham
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Land O'Lakes Natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp. freshly chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Liquid Smoke to taste (approx. 1 tsp.)
- 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c minced nut
- Radish slices
- Pecan halves
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts.
- Refrigeratetill slightly hard.
- Form into desired shape, and garnish with nuts; radish slices and pecan halves.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
- Serve with stoned wheat thins crackers.
