Crab Ceviche

  1. Taste as you go, you may find you need more lemon juice, clamato tomato juice, tapatio, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix all ingredients, and refrigerate for 2 hours (until chilled).
  3. I add the avocado last to make sure they dont turn into mush.
