Mexican Vegetable Rice Recipe

  1. Cook and stir first 4 ingredients till onion is limp and rice is opaque.
  2. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and mix it into rice mix along with salt and cayenne.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 20 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed.
  4. Add in vegetables and stir over low heat till vegetables are warm.
