Sauteed MushroomsAnother Dieters Delight.
- One 8-ounce package white button mushrooms, trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (with no more than 1 gram of sugar per serving)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Combine the mushrooms, oil, and vinegar in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook until tender, about 12 minutes, turning midway through.
- Add the parsley, salt, and pepper and cook for 10 seconds.
