Easy Spareribs That You Don't Need to Marinate
- 360 grams Pork spareribs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 generous amount Black pepper
- 300 ml White wine
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on to the meat.
- Use pepper generously to boost the flavor.
- Add a little oil to a heated frying pan.
- Brown the meat on high heat.
- Once the colour of the meat has changed, add the white wine and cover with a lid.
- Turn the ribs over occasionally and cook for 20 minutes.
- Evaporate the remaining cooking liquid and it's done!
