Easy Spareribs That You Don't Need to Marinate

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on to the meat.
  2. Use pepper generously to boost the flavor.
  3. Add a little oil to a heated frying pan.
  4. Brown the meat on high heat.
  5. Once the colour of the meat has changed, add the white wine and cover with a lid.
  6. Turn the ribs over occasionally and cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Evaporate the remaining cooking liquid and it's done!
