Ginger Tea

  1. Put water and ginger in a POT
  2. Bring water to a full boil
  3. Turn down heat to medium high so it still boils softly
  4. Boil 10 minutes
  5. Spoon out ginger slices.
  6. Pour yourself a cup.
  7. Use sweetener, sugar, honey to dilute the SPICY from ginger
