Prawns

  1. Heat a smoker to 350 F.
  2. Apply the rub to the prawns and place them on skewers.
  3. Place the skewers in a large aluminum pan, put the pan in the smoker, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. While the prawns are cooking, combine the lemon juice, hickory sauce, honey, and butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Bring the sauce almost to a boil, and then take the pan off the heat.
  6. Brush the prawns with the sauce, and serve.
