Slow Cooker Cheesesteaks
- 2 pounds London Broil (or Flank Steak)
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1/2 whole Yellow Onion, Sliced
- 1 whole Beef Bouillon Cube
- 1/4 cups Warm Water
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 whole Crusty Sub Rolls
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

- Slice up the beef and season with salt and pepper.
- 2.
- Place the sliced peppers, and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Then add the sliced beef on top.
- 3.
- Then dissolve the bouillon cube in the warm water and pour on top of beef.
- Finally add the Worcestershire sauce on top of the beef and cook on high for 4 hours.

- Once beef is tender serve on sub rolls.
- Then add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each sub and either microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese or put under the broiler for a few minutes.
