Slow Cooker Cheesesteaks

  2. Slice up the beef and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 2.
  4. Place the sliced peppers, and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Then add the sliced beef on top.
  6. 3.
  7. Then dissolve the bouillon cube in the warm water and pour on top of beef.
  8. Finally add the Worcestershire sauce on top of the beef and cook on high for 4 hours.
  9. 4.
  10. Once beef is tender serve on sub rolls.
  11. Then add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each sub and either microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese or put under the broiler for a few minutes.
