The Flavors of the Seto Inland Sea - Mackerel with Miso-Mayo in a Bento Box
- 1/2 of 1 slice Japanese Spanish mackerel
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Remove the bones from the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place on a heat-resistant plate and top with a mixture of blended miso and mayonnaise.
- Broil for 10 minutes in a toaster oven.

- When it's finished, serve with greens (like mizuna greens) for a colorful presentation.
