The Flavors of the Seto Inland Sea - Mackerel with Miso-Mayo in a Bento Box

  1. Remove the bones from the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place on a heat-resistant plate and top with a mixture of blended miso and mayonnaise.
  3. Broil for 10 minutes in a toaster oven.

  5. When it's finished, serve with greens (like mizuna greens) for a colorful presentation.
