Parmesan Garlic Potatoes

• 3 lb Russet potatoes wash n cubed
• 1 tbsp Parsley/basil
• 1 lb Salt and garlic pepper
• 1 cup Mixed peppers
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Baking dish

1. Mix all ingredient together.
2. I sprayed the baking dish and bake untill tender and browned.i put Parmesan shredded cheese on in the last minute until melted.
