Squid in Olive Oil and Paprika

  1. Slice the squid "tube" into 1/4 in (1cm) rings and cut each tentacle in half.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  4. Raise the heat to high and add the squid.
  5. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes until the squid looks opaque and is hot.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and paprika, and season with salt.
  7. Serve immediately, with lemon wedges for squeezing.
