Green Pea Salad Recipe

  1. In a 2 to 3 qt bowl combine yogurt, mustard and grnd pepper; mix till smooth.
  2. Add in peas, egg, bell pepper, onions and celery.
  3. Mix lightly to coat vegetables with dressing.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 3 hrs or possibly till next day.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
  6. Fat - 2 grams.
