Biscuit Topped Hearty Steak Pie
- 1 12 lbs top round steaks, cooked and cut into cubes
- 1 (9 ounce) package frozen baby carrots
- 1 (9 ounce) packagefrozen peas and pearl onions
- 1 large baking potato, cook and cubed
- 1 (18 ounce) jarhome style beef gravy
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) can buttermilk biscuits
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 2 quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine steak, frozen vegetables and potato in prepared dish.
- Stir in gracy, thyme and pepper.
- Bake uncovered, 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, increase oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- Top with bisquits and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
