Noodle With Kimchi
- 2 bundle of white wheat noodle or somen
- 2 cup anchovies broth
- 150 grams dried anchovies
- 1 liter water
- 12 tbsp wasabi or mustard
- 2 tbsp white vineger
- 300 grams kimchi
- 1 slice LG LEMON PEPPER HALLIBUT OR
- 2 tbsp LG CERELY AND SWEET ANCHOVIES SALAD
- ANCHOVIES BROTH
- Wash the dried anchovies 3 or 4 times then drain
- Add 1 liter of water with the anchovies then simmer for 30 minute then sieve the broth for later use
- COOK NOODLE
- Bring a pot of anchovies broth to a boil then add noodle simmer for 5 minute then off heat drain and reserve broth
- KIMCHI MIXTURE
- Put kimchi with juice on a bowl add wasabi and vineger and mix well then add drain noodle and half cup of anchovies broth then mix well
- Divide equally into 4 bowl and Serve top additional garnish
