Noodle With Kimchi

  1. ANCHOVIES BROTH
  2. Wash the dried anchovies 3 or 4 times then drain
  3. Add 1 liter of water with the anchovies then simmer for 30 minute then sieve the broth for later use
  4. COOK NOODLE
  5. Bring a pot of anchovies broth to a boil then add noodle simmer for 5 minute then off heat drain and reserve broth
  6. KIMCHI MIXTURE
  7. Put kimchi with juice on a bowl add wasabi and vineger and mix well then add drain noodle and half cup of anchovies broth then mix well
  8. Divide equally into 4 bowl and Serve top additional garnish
  9. FOR THE LEMON PEPPER HALLIBUT FILLET ,PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW OR
  10. FOR THE SWEET ANCHOVIES TOPPING PLEASE VIEW LG CERELY AND SWEET ANCHOVIES SALAD THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
