Flora's Penne Pasta W/Meaty Marinara Sauce Recipe

  1. Start by boiling a pot of water, add in penne pasta and cook as directed or possibly till desired tenderness (do not add in salt).
  2. Meanwhile, put the grnd sirloin in a frying pan (on medium high heat) and cook till done.
  3. Add in the bell peppers cook 1-2 min.
  4. Add in the marinara sauce, Sazon Goya and the green olives (heat to a boil).
  5. Cover frying pan and reduce heat.
  6. Simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once the pasta is cooked, drain well and place pasta in a large bowl.
  8. Top with meat marinara sauce.
  9. Serves 4-6 family members or possibly guests.
