Grilled Radishes Seasoned in Butter Ponzu
- 4 to 5 Radishes
- 10 grams Butter
- 2 tsp Ponzu
- 1 Krazy Salt (optional)
- Chop the radishes into halves, the leaves still attached.
- Brine with Krazy Salt, then grill in frying pan for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- Turn them over from time to time.
- When they are slightly browned, remove from heat, then coat well in butter and ponzu sauce.
- Brown again on low heat to cook out the water content, then serve.
