Grilled Radishes Seasoned in Butter Ponzu

  1. Chop the radishes into halves, the leaves still attached.
  2. Brine with Krazy Salt, then grill in frying pan for about 5 minutes on low heat.
  3. Turn them over from time to time.
  4. When they are slightly browned, remove from heat, then coat well in butter and ponzu sauce.
  5. Brown again on low heat to cook out the water content, then serve.
